When posting your package we recommend that you retain your proof of postage and use a signed for delivery service. Products must be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, so please ensure it is packed well to avoid damage in transit.

The price of shipping is included in the cost of items bought unless otherwise stated. This is for UK orders only. International orders are charged shipping in addition to the cost of the product.

Where possible, orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, however please be advised that it can take 1-2 days before your order is shipped.

Order confirmation does not indicate that your order has been dispatched. You will receive an additional email to inform you that your order has been shipped. The Approx. amount of days until delivery begin after your shipping confirmation and are based on the shipping option you have chosen.
