Cancellation Policy
Overview Thank you for your interest in booking a mentorship or consultation session. These calls are designed to offer advice, encouragement, industry insight, and professional guidance based on my experience as a touring musician and creative professional. Please note: these sessions are not drum lessons or instrumental tuition. They are focused on mentoring, coaching, career guidance, touring insight, creative development, and music industry conversations. Due to touring and recording commitments, availability is limited and released in advance through the booking calendar. Booking & Payment - All sessions must be booked online. - Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Bookings are first-come, first-served. - You will receive a confirmation email and meeting details after booking. Sessions may include: Music industry mentorship Touring advice Career guidance Session musician insight Creative development Faith & music conversations Music business questions Sessions are for mentoring purposes only and do not guarantee career outcomes, employment, touring opportunities, or endorsements. Rescheduling & Cancellations - Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. - Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. - Missed sessions are non-refundable. All bookings are non-refundable. If I need to cancel due to travel or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either: - A full refund, or - A rescheduled session. Please arrive on time and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Respectful communication is expected at all times. Inappropriate behaviour may result in the session ending without refund. Sessions may not be recorded or redistributed without written permission. Conversations will be treated respectfully and privately. These sessions are not legal, financial, medical, or mental health counselling. If technical issues occur, please reconnect using the original meeting link.
